The exhibition Legendina Di Paolo. Dialogues between antiquity and the present aims to take the visitor on a journey through time, offering the opportunity to get to know and explore the most beautiful works of art by the famous Romanian painter Legendina Di Paolo (Reghin, Romania 1939-Lugano, Switzerland 2017). The artist's work elegantly embraces classical subjects from Greco-Roman antiquity and the themes closely linked to the concepts of life, regeneration and metamorphosis. Through them, Legendina Di Paolo recounts the complexity of her own experiences: the abandonment of the homeland, the need to adapt to a new life in a foreign country, while at the same time constantly searching for her own stylistic identity.
