Text from the exhibition curator: The event is marking the reintegration as part of the permanent exhibition of the impressive polyptych altar from Proştea Mare / Târnava (Sibiu County). There are preserved only nine of the eleven component panels. Due to the absence of the frame work, central panel and predella, it was possible to display only a model reconstruction of the entire altar along the remaining component parts.
