The event took place in Brukenthal Palace on July 26, 2019, on the occasion of Baron Samuel von Brukenthal’s birthday. The presentation inspired by 17th – 18th c. recipes was organized by Jules Restaurant in Sibiu, coordinated by Ramona Matia, in collaboration with Slow Food, coordinated by Dana Mitea and comprised the three-parts dinning protocol launched in the 17th c.
