The exhibition is part of the project "The living museum - 30 years since the 1989 Revolution", an action co-financed by the Local Council and the City Hall of Sibiu

Text from the curators:
In the context of contemporary history and of the need to create a collection with a complex material base, for the benefit of future generations, the exhibition presents, through 12 panels, documentary materials belonging to the Brukenthal National Museum, associated with the main moments of the events of December 1989 in Sibiu.
You will recognize in photos urban spaces, buildings and people whose involvement was marked by the fall of the communist regime and the forms of resistance associated with this change.
