The exhibition presents events and important people in Southern Transylvania of 18th c., the establishing of Astra society and its activity, politics (1863 Diet of Sibiu, the establishing of National Romanian Party in 1869, the Memorandum of 1892-1894), the solidarity of the Romanians living all over the Europe, the Unification in 1st of December 1918.
The exhibition aims to remember the national movement that the city of Sibiu experienced.
The tour evinces the main events through the means of original documents and objects, enriching the view and adding a plus of scientific and artistic value to the display.
