During July 19-21, 2013, Brukenthal National Museum is announcing the Preventive Research: Today’s archaeological challenge symposium

The project is co-financed by the Administration of National Cultural Trust (contract no. 197 of 19.04.2013)
Due to the vast experience in coordinating preventive archaeological researches, Brukenthal National Museum opens a series of debates on the importance of the subject in the context of permanent remodeling of the notions in regards to museum’s mission. 
During July 19 – 21, the project will include a symposium opened to reputed specialists in Romania.

Launching of „Green Cap” project

On Friday, June 21 2013, 10:00 am, Brukenthal Palace hosted the launching of „Green Cap – Management, Environment and Art Communication in Brukenthal National Museum, Evangelical Parish and the Agency for Environment Protection Sibiu” project.

The project partners are Brukenthal National Museum, Evangelical Parish C.A. Sibiu and the Agency for Environment Protection Sibiu, the financing being supported by Deutsche Bundesstiftung Umwelt and the Romanian Ministry of Environment and Climatic Changes.
