Between 24.02 and 8.03.2010, the Museum of Natural History inside the Brukenthal National Museum opens a Spring Symbols Market. The objects are done by kinder garden and primary school students out of recycled materials.

On the 19th of December 2009, Professor Sabin Adrian Luca, Director-General of the Brukenthal National Museum was distinguished with the Gold Medal Courage, Dévouement, Bienfaisance, Mutualité, Solidarité: Arts, Lettres, Science, Sports.
The medal was granted by the Association Merite et Devouement Francais; the ceremony was hosted by the halls of the Senate in Paris. |

| The launching of the Baron’s Wine |

On the 30th of November, 2009, in the Reception Rooms of the Brukenthal Palace, the launching of the Baron’s Wine took place, introducing a new personalized product to be added to the series initiated as part of the branding campaign of the Brukenthal National Museum.
The host of the event was Sabin Adrian Luca, General Director of the Museum, the SC Crama Ţelna SRL producer being represented by Mrs. Angela Negru, Director, and Alexandru Borcea, oenologist, who introduced the wine and directed the tasting. |
